Our annual wellness plans provide an affordable way to provide high quality pet care for your pet.
Plans are paid in 12 monthly installments.

Puppy/Kitten Base Plan: $59.95 per month
- Pre-Scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Fecal exams (2 per year)
- Initial Heartworm disease test – dog
- Initial FeLV/FIV test – cat
Puppy/Kitten Base Plan Plus: $84.95 per month
- Spay/Neuter and recheck
- Diagnostic testing/pre-op blood work (1 per year)
Adult Dog/Cat Base Plan: $59.95 per month
- Pre-scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen
- Annual Heartworm disease test – dog
- Fecal exams (1 per year)
- Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning
Senior Dog/Cat Base Plan: $72.95 per month
- Pre-scheduled Office Visits (4 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Bi-annual Adult Bloodwork Screen (2 per year)
- Annual thyroid screen – cats
- Annual urine test – cats and dogs
- Annual Heartworm disease test – dog
- Fecal exam (1 per year)
- Blood pressure screening (1 per year)

- Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning
