Pet Wellness Plans
Our annual wellness plans provide an affordable way to provide high quality pet care for your pet.
Plans are paid in 12 monthly installments.
A one-time $97.25 enrollment fee is due with your first payment.
Puppy/Kitten Base Plan: $59.95 per month
- Pre-Scheduled Office Visits or Tech Appointments (6 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Fecal exams (2 per year)
- Initial Heartworm disease test – dog
- Initial FeLV/FIV test – cat
Puppy/Kitten Base Plan Plus: $94.95 per month
- Spay/Neuter and recheck
- Diagnostic testing/pre-op blood work (1 per year)
Adult Dog/Cat Base Plan: $59.95 per month
- Pre-scheduled Office Visits or Tech Appointments (4 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen
- Annual Heartworm disease test – dog
- Fecal exams (1 per year)
Adult Dog/Cat Base Plan Plus: $89.95 per month
- Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning
Senior Dog/Cat Base Plan: $87.95 per month
- Pre-scheduled Office Visits or Tech Appointments (4 per year)
- Vaccinations (unlimited as recommended)
- Bi – Annual Bloodwork Screen
- Senior Bloodwork – includes urine test (dog and cat) and thyroid screen (cats)
- Adult Bloodwork
- Annual Heartworm disease test – dog
- Fecal exam (1 per year)
- Blood pressure screening (1 per year)
- 3 view preventative chest x-rays (1 per year)
Senior Dog/Cat Base Plan Plus: $104.95 per month
- Annual dental cleaning (does not include cost of extractions, if needed)
- Annual Adult Bloodwork Screen must be performed within 2 months of dental cleaning
