My wife and I spent a career going into literally thousands of medical offices across the country. One observation that always proved true was that if the front office staff was disorganized, curt, or in anyway unprofessional don’t expect anything more from the primary members of the office. The staff at Nimbus was professional, personable, and project confidence to us in how our pet is going to be cared for. The office is clean, modern, and in a great location. When the doctor comes in and sits on the floor with our pet, it is done by someone who loves animals. You rarely see that type of connection. It adds up to a feeling of confidence in the staff being able to care for the pets that we love. Whoever hired the staff chose wisely because they were all friendly, professional, caring, and gave us every reason to feel confident in the care our pets will receive. Although we are new clients, we have every confidence our pets will be treated with great care.

Dr Jaina & Dr Hadi (+ their amazing staff!!) are some of the most compassionate, ethical, & knowledgeable doctors I’ve experienced. As a pug mom that recently moved 2400 miles away, I was very worried finding new vets, as my standards of care are exceptionally high, but they’ve both gone above & beyond every time. I’m so thankful for the time they’re willing to spend at each appointment, answering questions & better educating me as a pet parent. One of our pugs recently had 10 teeth removed flawlessly, with after care being a breeze. I am so thankful for both Dr Jaina & Dr Hadi- I really can’t recommend them enough.

We can’t ever say enough positive things about Nimbus Pet Hospital. Everyone is always friendly, communication is very clear, with
text reminders as well. The office is incredibly clean. Dr Hadi has been excellent. And for that matter all of the staff. Dr Hadi’s
approach is a realistic, stern to the point but with compassion. He does a great job evaluating the circumstances of our pets well
being as well as our environment and ability and creates a custom game plan accordingly. We have had many vets and even my
family growing up and Hadi is without question the best I’ve worked with. I didn’t catch the vet tech’s name but she was great. Very
friendly when she first came in, interacted genuinely (not just a “it’s her job to”) with Mac and myself. A calm demeanor made Mac at
ease faster as well. The best thing the team did for us today; Listened. I feel that what was shared by myself was heard, and taken
into consideration with our health improvement plan for our dog. They are very upfront and transparent about costs and it’s in no
way some sort of high pressure sales tactics that other vet offices use. They give multiple options and work with you to figure out the
best outcome.

Dr. Hadi has been our veterinarian for a little over 2 years and is exceptional at what he does. He cares deeply for animals, their humans and always finds a way to put worries at ease. When you have high anxiety, two cats and a rambunctious pup who gets into everything, it can cause quite a bit of stress. Finding a compassionate, skilled and Fear Free Certified Vet like Dr. Hadi can be difficult. I can’t say enough good things
